Rates range from $27.00 to $30.00/night. (includes electric + tax) STAY 6 NIGHTS and the 7th NIGHT IS FREE Monthly rates range from $135 to $250 per month plus electricity. Discounts for: Good Sam, AAA, Escapees, Military, Police, New Mexico Bass Federation, and Large Groups All rates are for: • 2 Adults & 3 children (17 years & under) • Additional overnight guests are $2.00   per night per person Monthly • 2 Adults & 3 children (17 years & under) • Additional guests $20 each per month
